90 Day Trial Period Provision Changes: How They Effect You

As at 6 May 2019, employers employing more than 20 staff can no longer place any new employee on a 90 Day Trial Period.

Employers who employee less than 20 staff can continue on with old contracts and rely on the 90 Day Trial Period Provision, as long as they meet the requirements of the law.
